Our commitment to you
You can expect a first class service from LIMOSTAR.
We are fully insured and have 5 million public liability cover. Our vehicles are the latest models (2006). In excellent condition with all the expected luxury accessories.
Every car is clean inside and out and fully serviced, meeting all limousine legal requirements.
Our drivers are mature, trustworthy and of smart appearance. Full chauffeur attire is used at weddings and special events.
We will work with our clients on individual requirements to ensure that your celebration runs smoothly and to schedule.
We will only commit to one wedding throughout the summer months, to ensure that the Bride and Grooms big day runs smoothly and work with the couple on a flexible schedule (most weddings take on average 3 hours).
Your commitment to us
To use our limousines with respect and to follow our terms and conditions highlighted above.
Agree to pay a £200 Valet service should a passenger be sick (due to alcohol consumption). Inform the driver should any passenger feel ill so that the limousine can pull over safely to assist the passenger.
To ensure that a booking form is completed, with full postcodes, contact numbers and collection times. This we use as your schedule/agenda.
Acknowledge any accidental breakages informing the driver immediately and agree to pay for any damage caused. Please do not put feet on bar as this will damage the delicate lighting system.
Will not become verbally aggressive or abusive to our drivers - should this happen we reserve the right to terminate your journey.
Should you cancel, agree to forfeit the £50 deposit, we will consider individual circumstances and will endeavour to work with clients should dates/events be changed.
